Lincoln arrest report: Disorderly conduct, battery against spouse, contempt of court

March 31 Magdiel Deangelo Jr. Resendiz, 18, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on suspicion of furnishing minor with marijuana, being an adult possessing marijuana on grounds during school activity and intentionally obstruct, delay or resist a public officer, peace officer or emergency medical technician while they are performing their official duties at Twelve Bridges High School. March 30 Ryan James Puryear, 44, was summoned at 12:30 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Industrial Avenue and Athens Drive. March 27 Don Louis Presler, 42, was summoned at 3:40 a.m. on suspicion of driving while license suspended for DUI on Twelve Bridges and Industrial. March 26 Lindsay Martine Cannaday, 39, was taken into custody at 6:48 p.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving alcohol on the 0 block of E Street. Kimberly Alida Meidinger, 56, was taken into custody at 4:49 p.m. on suspicion of battery against spouse on the 300 block of E 9th Street. Lindsay Martine Cannaday, 39, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. on suspicion of contempt of courts by disobeying court order on the 0 block of E Street. March 25 Gabriel Rodriguez, 46, was summoned at 11:09 p.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia and controlled substance on Lincoln Boulevard.
