Faith-Full Women to help local author write book

The next gathering of Faith-Full Women will be at 10 a.m. Friday, May 23, in the Community Hall, downstairs at Newcastle United Methodist Church, 410 Buena Vista Ave. Newcastle women will provide brunch and Rev. Wendy Weller will open with a brief introduction and grace. The guest speaker will be Betsy Schwarzentraub, author of several books, including "Tossed in Time" and "Growing Generous Souls." She is currently working on her new book, "Time to Forgive? Following the Labyrinth to Freedom." Meeting attendees will help Schwarzentraub write her book by answering questions she will pose to the group during her program. Faith-Full Women, from several area churches, meet once each month for a brunch, inter-faith fellowshipping and a program. The hosting church rotates between the participating churches and provides brunch and arranges for the program. Attendance is open and women of all faiths are welcome.
