Westall, 35, was booked at 12:11 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for willfully discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner. Juan Reza Perez, 33, was booked at 3 a.m. on suspicion of four misdemeanor warrants for driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Yuba County warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the area of Industrial Avenue and South Loop Road in Rocklin. Yevgeniy Isayev, 33, was booked at 12:40 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for vandalism. Bobbie Lee Eller, 45, was booked at 1:24 p.m. on suspicion of four counts of trespassing and possession of a controlled substance for sale. Jesse Jay Green, 39, was booked at 4:02 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence, criminal threats, kidnapping and child endangerment. Gregory Duncan, 47, was booked at 5:54 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. David Shaw Olberg, 59, was booked at 9:30 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Jenniferrose Samantha Shailo, 55, was booked at 6:55 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and probation violation. Phillip Virgil Mays, 47, was booked at 8:12 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Jan. 11 Selethia Maria Bingham, 40, was booked at 1:29 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, two felony Sacramento County warrants for vandalism and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. Danielle Maria Price, 57, was booked at 2:34 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery and resisting arrest. Mario Hernandez, 42, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor warrants for paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor warrant for domestic violence in the 11900 block of Dry Creek Road in Auburn. James Ellwood Beckwith, 44, was arrested at 6:38 a.m. on suspicion of three outside felony warrants at Thunder Valley Casino. Jan. 10 William Costanzo, 25, was booked at 5:52 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for trespassing. Jan. 9 Michael Lewis Adams, 44, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft in Sacramento. Derek Alan Powell, 45, was booked at 12:33 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft. Kenneth Pfeiffer, 61, was booked at 12:35 p.m. on suspicion of preparing false evidence, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance, probation violation and paraphernalia possession. Joseph Duran Quintana, 45, was booked at 3:41 p.m. on suspicion of violation of post-release community supervision. James Dean Muckelrath, 64, was booked at 4:27 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order. Jan. 8 Zachary Ben Johnston, 51, was booked at 3:54 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, a misdemeanor Butte County warrant for driving with a license suspended for DUI and a misdemeanor Yolo County warrant for paraphernalia possession. Zachery Maxwell Johnston, 36, was booked at 6:56 a.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession, possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor Yolo County warrant for paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor Butte County warrant for driving with a license suspended for DUI. Jhaelen Coil Garcia, 31, was arrested at 9:03 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm in Lake County.
