Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Disregard for safety, false imprisonment, warrants

Jan. 18 Nelvin Hernandeztahual, 21, was booked at 12:54 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and driving with a license suspended for DUI. Lisa Dolores Paxiao, 51, was booked at 4:02 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Manuel Garcia, 43, was booked at 2:27 p.m. on suspicion of disobeying a court order. Larry Ray Mays, 59, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for domestic violence in the 600 block of C Street in Lincoln. John Pop, 64, was booked at 7:38 p.m. on suspicion of disobeying a court order. David Wright, 47, was booked at 8:21 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Sarah Curtis, 33, was booked at 8:41 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions, paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Hooman Beytollah, 37, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Jan. 17 Sean Nickelas Legino, 36, was booked at 1:59 a.m. on suspicion of evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety, evading an officer by driving in the opposite direction of traffic, resisting arrest, driving with a license suspended for DUI and parole violation. Andre Quinten Caldwell Jones, 32, was booked at 8:08 a.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams and attempting to transport marijuana out of state. Steven Torrell Johnson, 41, was booked at 8:09 a.m. on suspicion of possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams and attempting to transport marijuana out of state. Jonathan Christian Gregg, 27, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sutter County warrant for aggravated trespassing in the 24600 block of Harrison Street in Foresthill. Joel Michael Roland, 36, was booked at 9:03 p.m. on suspicion of burglary, vandalism, trespassing, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Jaedynn Robinson, 21, was booked at 11:22 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. Jan. 16 Sukhjinder Singh Shergill, 47, was booked at 4:15 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Maria McKenzie Fernandez, 21, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in Sutter County. Michael Garland Duncan, 37, was booked at 12:19 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm and not the registered owner, carrying a concealed weapon and being a felon in possession of ammunition. Sean Patrick Connor, 38, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent in the 21900 block of Yankee Jims Lane in Foresthill. Clayton Ethan Porter, 19, was booked at 7:43 p.m. on suspicion of burglary, robbery, vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon with force likely to cause great bodily injury, false imprisonment, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance, domestic violence and resisting arrest. Marta Torres, 40, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Dominique Meza, 20, was arrested at 12:28 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Jan. 15 Devarian Ivan Shipman, 45, was charged at 6:55 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Madaline Ijeoma Ezimora, 29, was charged at 6:54 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Karanbir Singh Deol, 32, was charged at 6:57 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the San Francisco County Jail.
