Jan. 20 Vincent Stegall, 35 of Orangevale, was contacted during a traffic stop in the 9300 block of Greenback Lane and arrested for intent to illegally sell cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing controlled substances, possessing methamphetamine, illegally possessing pepper spray and outstanding warrants. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Vandalism, 500 block E Bidwell St. Unknown suspect(s) damaged back window of vehicle. No items stolen. Vandalism, 200 block Iron Point Road. Unknown suspect(s) damaged driver's-side window of vehicle. No items stolen. Grand theft, 2700 block E Bidwell St. Two unknown suspects stole $1,000 worth of merchandise from a store. Grand theft, 800 block Halidon Way. Unknown suspect(s) stole unsecured e-scooter. Petty theft, 800 block E Bidwell St. An unknown suspect(s) stole a purse from a shopping cart. Jan. 19 Marnie McFarlin, 46, of Folsom was contacted during a traffic stop at E. Bidwell St./Highway 50 and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Kimberly Oemigen, 64, of Folsom was contacted in the 200 block of Stafford St. and arrested for resisting a police officer and being drunk in public. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Battery, 1000 block Riley St. Unknown suspect(s) struck victim in the face. Petty theft, 2300 block Iron Point Road. On Jan. 17, unknown suspect(s) broke into a vehicle and stole a wallet. Credit cards were later fraudulently used. Jan. 18 Benito Viloria, 44, of Sacramento was contacted in the 200 block of Placerville Road and arrested for being drunk in public. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Matthew Flindt, 55, of Rancho Cordova was contacted in the 1700 block of Creekside Dr. and issued a citation for battery. Kenneth Clark, 44, of Folsom was contacted in the 3300 block of Auburn Leaf and arrested for violating a restraining order. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Ashton York, 24, of Plumas Lakes was contacted during a traffic stop at Greenback Lane/American River Canyon Dr. and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Jan. 17 Adrianna Perchevitch, 18, of Folsom was contacted in the 400 block of Blue Ravine Road and issued a citation for shoplifting. Robbery, 2600 block E Bidwell St. An unknown suspect stole $705 worth of merchandise from a store and shoved an employee while exiting the store. Kenneth Clark, 44, of Folsom was contacted in the 3300 block of Auburn Leaf Loop and arrested for making criminal threats and outstanding warrants. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Petty theft, Iron Point Road/Broadstone Parkway. Unknown suspect(s) broke into a vehicle and stole passport and identification. Documents were located nearby. Lucero Gonzalez, 38, of Sacramento, Tou Lor, 32, of Sacramento and Shawn Vang, 33, of Sacramento were contacted at Broadstone Parkway/Empire Ranch Road during a traffic stop. Gonzalez was arrested for criminal conspiracy, possessing drug paraphernalia, criminal identity theft, mail theft and possessing burglary tools. Lor was arrested for criminal conspiracy, criminal identity theft, mail theft and possessing burglary tools. Vang was arrested for criminal conspiracy, identity theft, mail theft and joyriding. All booked at Sacramento County Jail. Jan. 16 Keith Goodman, 36, of Citrus Heights was contacted at Folsom Blvd./Hazel Ave. and issued a citation for outstanding warrant. Joseph McGuire, 27, of Sacramento was contacted in the 400 block of Blue Ravine Road and issued a citation for theft. Brandon Woosley, 36, of Folsom was contacted following a traffic collision in the 200 block of S. Lexington Dr. and issued a citation for leaving the scene after causing damage in a collision. Mary McFarland, 75, of Folsom was contacted following a traffic collision in the 100 block of Manseau Dr. and arrested for driving under the influence. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Joseph Ritter, 56, of Sacramento was contacted during a traffic stop at American River Canyon Dr./Orangevale Dr. and arrested for an outstanding warrant. Booked at Sacramento County Jail. Petty theft, 2000 block Branding Iron Dr. Unknown suspect(s) entered a cluster mailbox and stole a driver's license. Forgery/Fraud, 3500 block Egret Dr. Unknown suspect(s) fraudulently charged credit card for $469 and attempted to open fraudulent credit card accounts. Vandalism, 700 block Taylor St./400 block Williams St. Unknown suspect(s) broke into a cluster mailbox. Unknown if anything was stolen. Matthew Steeves, 33, of Folsom was contacted in the 1100 block of Riley St. and issued a citation for criminal trespassing.
