City approves 61 high-density housing units in Folsom Ranch

City officials this week approved the last map for Toll Brothers at Folsom Ranch Phase 2 with 61 units of high-density family homes. During the consent agenda Tuesday, Jan. 27, the Folsom City Council approved the final map and subdivision improvement agreement for Toll Brothers at Folsom Ranch Phase 2C. The 2C neighborhood is located on the north side of White Rock Road, east of Oak Avenue Parkway, south of Mangini Parkway south of Highway 50. "White Cedar Loop" will be a private drive, according to the map. The final map for the Toll Brothers subdivision creates 61 total single-family, high-density residential lots, according to the report. The map and conditions of approval have been reviewed by the Community Development Department and other city agencies. The Toll Brothers at Folsom Ranch Phase 2 vesting tentative subdivision map of 2022 included the sub-phases 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D. The City Council previously approved all final maps with the exception of Phase 2C, making it the last map of the phase, staff said. The final map was found to be in substantial compliance with the vesting map.
