Folsom will soon welcome newest yoga studio

A national yoga brand has found a new home in Folsom - YogaSix will open for business in the Palladio in the spring.YogaSix has more than 200 studios nationwide and already has other studios open in El Dorado Hills, Roseville, Elk Grove and Land Park. The newest location in the Palladio is the yoga brand's fifth Sacramento-area studio. YogaSix describes itself in marketing information as having an "accessible approach to yoga that blends strength, flexibility and mindfulness in an energizing studio environment." "At YogaSix, we're all about creating a modern yoga experience that meets people where they are in their wellness journey," said Michelle Watts, owner and yoga instructor who also owns the YogaSix location in El Dorado Hills. "We're excited to bring Folsom a fun, welcoming, and empowering space where members can move, breathe, and feel their best." Each YogaSix studio is locally owned and operated, offering a boutique experience with a strong community focus. Classes include six formats and three specialty offerings, ranging from hot and powerful flows to slow, mindful sessions. The studio offers beginner-friendly classes as well as more advanced or strength-based classes.
