Information taken from Rocklin Police Department log. Station 4080 Rocklin Road in Rocklin.OCT. 5Just after 10:30 a.m., an officer discovered a woman allegedly doing drugs in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. According to the police report, Janae Claudette Raab was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, being under the influence of it and possession of narcotic paraphernalia. A Rocklin officer reported the 23-year-old was passed out inside a car parked near the Jack In the Box on Rocklin Road when he approached. OCT. 5Just before 7 p.m., the Tuesday Morning clothing store on Pacific Street was bull-rushed by alleged thieves. According to the police report, three hispanic female suspects allegedly stuffed merchandise into large bags then ran out of the store without paying. The value of the theft has not been released. OCT. 4Sometime between Oct. 1-4 someone allegedly committed arson at Breen Elementary School on Breen Drive. According to the police report, unknown suspect(s) lit an item on fire while it was resting on the metal grate on the playground equipment located in the back of the school. Damage is estimated at $100. OCT. 4Just after 11:30 p.m., an officer allegedly discovered a man stealing wood pallets from the Sportsman Warehouse on Lonetree Boulevard. According to the police report, the 62-year-old suspect was loading the pallets belonging to the store on the back of a flat bed truck. A store representative was contacted and allegedly wanted the suspect charged with petty theft. The value of the alleged theft is $150.
