'Treasure Island' on Sutter Street

"Treasure Island" storms into the award-winning Sutter Street Theatre next week.The fun-filled adventure features all the action and mystery expected from a play based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novel of the same name. Written by B Street Theatre's accomplished playwright, Jerry Montoya, and directed by Sutter Street Theatre's Mike Jimena, the story holds true to the original adventure tale with sword fights, buried treasure, pirates and heroes. Treasure Island runs Saturdays and Sundays at 1 p.m. from Oct. 23 through Nov. 28. The tickets range from $13 to $17. Reservations are recommended.
