Feb. 19 Edward Allen Jeffries, 37, was charged at 7:17 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Ohanna Rachel Ribera, 25, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 500 block of The City Drive S in Orange. Danny Ray Smith, 41, was charged at 7:18 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Carlos Anthony Musquez, 49, was booked at 10:32 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, child endangerment and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Robert John Ataganian, 55, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants and trespassing in the 200 block of State Line Road in Kings Beach. Feb. 18 Amanda Eve Cook, 29, was booked at 2:09 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. Wayne Robert Mathern, 47, was booked at 2:16 a.m. on suspicion of reckless burning and false impersonation. Shalini Devi Sumeshwar, 39, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on suspicion of ignition interlock device violation and two misdemeanor Sacramento County warrants for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit in the area of Sierra College Boulevard and English Colony Way in Penryn. Charles Richard Roche, 45, was booked at 7:43 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and paraphernalia possession. Raymond Manuel Henley, 43, was booked at 11:31 a.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest. David Clifford Hunnicutt, 44, was booked at 11:37 a.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, failure to register as a transient sex offender and parole violation. Sona Mittal, 52, was booked at 12:28 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for hit and run with property damage, a misdemeanor warrant for violating a court order, a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a suspended license and a misdemeanor warrant for resisting arrest. Jesus Javier Valenzuela, 35, was charged at 7:13 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of drugs in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Sidnee Constance Loger, 38, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for child endangerment in the Baseline Road area of Roseville. Anthony Giovanni Gibson, 28, was booked at 8:07 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and being a felon in possession of ammunition. Eric Anthony Valdez, 45, was booked at 11:19 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor warrant for identity theft and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for resisting arrest. Jose Manuel Nunezramirez, 45, was charged at 7:17 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent in the 300 block of Forni Road in Placerville. Kimberly Williamson, 36, was booked at 1:10 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Hugo Estradaastudill, 21, was booked at 3:37 p.m. on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.
