Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Annoying phone calls, pandering, stalking

Feb. 26 Francisco Javier Guzman, 59, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. on suspicion of knowingly re-entering a gambling establishment, a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession, a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft and a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession at Thunder Valley Casino. Samuel Petrashishen, 19, was charged at 6:59 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for elder theft in the Sacramento Main Jail. Kasandra Lane Norris, 29, was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for grand theft, a misdemeanor San Mateo County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a felony San Luis Obispo County warrant for identity theft in the 700 block of 18th Street in Bakersfield. Travis Blaine Fleeman, 36, was booked at 7:38 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor warrants for driving with a license suspended for DUI. Feb. 25 James Anthony Hinsken, 55, was booked at 1:48 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of brass knuckles, paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for petty theft. Heather Ann Burns, 36, was booked at 11:27 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for child endangerment. Trevor Whittman Burke, 42, was charged at 7:34 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for vandalism and a misdemeanor warrant for annoying phone calls in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Ashleigh Nicole Maldonado, 35, was booked at 12:38 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for grand theft. Gregory Wayne Haines, 48, was charged at 9:32 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for conspiracy in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Lorenzo Chavez Gallardo Jr., 41, was booked at 1:10 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a suspended license. Horace T. Houston, 32, was booked at 1:17 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for pandering and a felony Santa Cruz County warrant for domestic violence. James Robert Lane, 37, was charged at 7:33 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Rodney Allan Catenacci, 55, was charged at 7:32 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Kobe Ray Pisarek, 24, was booked at 5:33 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of drugs. Christina Jean Howell, 52, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on suspicion of a felony Yolo County warrant for misappropriation of lost property in the Athens Avenue area of Lincoln. Nicholaus Anthony Garcia, 35, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants in the area of Athens Avenue and Fiddyment Road in Lincoln. Feb. 24 Johnathan Allan Laird, 52, was arrested at 7:26 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for stalking in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard in Yuba City. Julie P. Grindrod, 56, was booked at 10:59 a.m. on suspicion of evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety. Rigoberto Sanchez Velasquez, 32, was booked at 11 a.m. on suspicion of grand theft. Michael Hewitt, 51, was booked at 11:07 a.m. on suspicion of giving false identification to an officer, false impersonation, a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale and a misdemeanor warrant for carrying a switchblade. Michael Andre Richard, 33, was arrested at 7:27 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard in Yuba City. Anthony Trevelle Hernandez, 32, was booked at 4:02 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violation of post-release community supervision and a felony Sacramento County warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent. Orlando Zamudiomolina, 37, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Ashleigh Nicole Maldonado, 35, was charged at 7:23 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento.
