AADC to hold membership meeting, open house

The Auburn Area Democratic Club (AADC) invites all to a membership meeting on Thursday, April 2, to hear about the goals and experiences of NorCal Resist. The mission of NorCal Resist is to fight injustice through making a positive impact in local communities. This mission complements that of the Democratic Party. Socialize with pizza and drinks ($5 for one slice, $9 for two) in the Rose Room at Auburn City Hall, 1225 Lincoln Way, starting at 5:45 p.m. The meeting will start at 6:30 and conclude by 8. On Saturday, April 18, the AADC invites all to their open house from 1-4 p.m. The event will be held at the AADC headquarters at 161 Palm Ave., Suite 9, (second floor), Auburn. The event is free, and all are welcome. Ask questions in a low-key environment and meet people who share your interests. Learn about volunteer opportunities and community events. There will be a raffle and light refreshments. AADC's Voter Registration Team will be on site.
