Rocklin parent volunteer arrested for sexual relationship with juvenile

Rocklin Police arrested an adult female on March 19 following an investigation involving a minor. "Rocklin Police Detectives arrested 47-year-old Nichole Woodall this morning following an investigation into an alleged sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male juvenile. Woodall was later booked into the South Placer Jail on charges of Penal Code section 261.5(c), unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, and Penal Code section 647.6(a)(2), annoying or molesting a minor underage 18 years of age," police commented in a Facebook press release. The investigation began in late 2025 after Rocklin High School administrators notified the Rocklin Police Department of allegations involving Woodall, who was serving as a parent volunteer. As the investigation progressed, the juvenile disclosed a sexual relationship had occurred. "The case was assigned to the Rocklin Police Department's Investigations Unit, where detectives conducted follow-up interviews and served multiple search warrants. Evidence obtained during the investigation corroborated the criminal allegations and resulted in the case being submitted to the Placer County District Attorney's Office for review," police commented. "An arrest warrant was issued on March 11, and executed this morning (March 20)." According to the online in-custody report, Woodall was released from custody on March 19.
