Special 101-year birthday celebration for Roseville resident

A very special birthday celebration was held recently at The Ivy Park at Roseville senior living community. Resident Estelle Feineman celebrated turning 101 years old last week. Estelle's fellow residents, along with her family members, turned out to celebrate her long and fruitful life. Party goers were treated to cake and fun stories about Estelle's life, which is full of memorable experiences, according to her loved ones. Estelle grew up and raised her family in New York, according to party planners, and built lifelong friendships; she was married for 68 years and raised two children. Now, Estelle enjoys seeing her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up and raise their own families. The senior home community reports that Estelle stays active and engaged by playing Scrabble and cards daily, sewing clothes (including a wedding dress for her daughter) and sharing her wisdom about living a long, fulfilling life. Estelle's advice for a long happy life is simple: "Exercise, have a good diet AND a good marriage!"
