Pickleball Kingdom brings massive venue to Roseville

Pickleball enthusiasts in Roseville now have a place to enjoy endless rallies and bonding with like-minded people: a massive, long-awaited venue officially opened at 10251 Fairway Drive last weekend. Pickleball Kingdom ushered in its 32,900 square-foot facility to the public on Saturday, March 28, which brought a slew of festivities, including food trucks, music and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome visitors. Owners call it the world's largest indoor pickleball franchise, which already has popular venues around the country. This newest Pickleball Kingdom in Roseville is its first location in California. Pickleball Kingdom boasts 11 professional courts and a community hub that is welcome to all ages and skill levels. On opening day, owners celebrated what they said is the largest sports facility to open in the Sacramento region in years. Pickleball Kingdom Roseville is co-owned by Megan Cohill and her husband, Adam Sepulveda, along with another Roseville-based couple, Parminder and Komal Saini. Cohill grew up in the Sacramento region and has a background in sports and fitness, including involvement with the San Juan Soccer Club. Cohill's husband, Sepulveda, was a PGA teaching pro who helped launch a StretchLab franchise. Cohill said she and her husband are thrilled to be back in the area, helping the sport of pickleball thrive in Roseville. "At its core, this isn't just about a new sports facility, it's about creating community through one of the fastest-growing and most inclusive sports in the country," said Cohill. "Pickleball Kingdom Roseville is locally owned and operated, and our vision from day one has been to build a space where people of all ages and backgrounds can connect, play and feel at home." In addition to the shiny new courts and facilities, Cohill and Sepulveda said they've lined up experienced, respected instructors to work with people at the new pickleball facility who want to take their play to the next level.
