Josiah Paul Garrison, 54, was booked at 11:37 a.m. on suspicion of disobeying a court order. James Clinton Mulligan, 33, was booked at 5:50 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of drugs and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Petra Tori Rhone, 57, was booked at 7:42 p.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor warrants for public intoxication and a misdemeanor warrant for disobeying a court order. Jalen Jason Woods, 25, was arrested at 3:48 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Javon Martinez, 31, was booked at 10:29 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, knowingly re-entering a gambling establishment and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for petty theft. Tyson John Senovio Renowden, 33, was charged at 9:07 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Breanne Delores Powell, 38, was arrested at 10:03 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the Foresthill Road area of Foresthill. Victoria Lynn Thomas, 58, was charged at 9:06 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove.
