The interactive tool allows users to enter their address to see if they are within the city. If so, the site also lists your school district, council district and other municipal services. For example, the Roseville 95661 Zip Code in the eastern area near Granite Bay has significant portions that fall outside the city limits. Parts of West Roseville near Watt Avenue and Baseline Road also have a Roseville address but are not in the city, authorities said. Residents in these unincorporated areas are often served by PG&E or SMUD for utilities rather than Roseville Electric, staff said. They also fall under county public safety.
