Hoover names news outlet Small Business of Month

Assemblyman Josh Hoover (R-Folsom) has named Folsom Times the April 2026 Small Business of the Month for the 7th Assembly District. Hoover described the Folsom Times as an independent, locally owned and operated online news source dedicated to delivering breaking news and unique community stories in and around Folsom. The outlet is powered by contributors who live and work in the region. "The publication was founded by award-winning journalist Bill Sullivan and Adam Frick, a longtime software developer and digital media specialist, as part of All Town Media, LLC," said Hoover in a press release. "Together, they launched Folsom Times in response to the growing need for accessible, dependable and modern local journalism in the community." The outlet provides coverage in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Gold River, the Highway 50 corridor, Gold River and the greater Sacramento area.
