New affordable apartment homes for rent in Roseville

Two new communities in Roseville are accepting applications for affordable apartments, the city announced this week. "The Crawford" apartments at 1130 Harvey Way include 265 affordable units, staff said. Meanwhile, the Riviera at Roseville West features 190 units for ages 55 and over. The Riviera is located at 4201 Santucci Boulevard in West Park. The Roseville General Plan includes an affordable housing goal of 10 percent of all housing units developed by affordable to very low, low andmiddle (moderate) income households, authorities said. The Roseville Housing Division works to increase the city's affordable housing, including affordable rentals and for sale units, staff said. The Roseville Lofts in Historic Roseville are also accepting applications from middle-income households. In conjunction with C&P Development, the city of Roseville is offering two affordable for-sale homes at the Lofts on Nevada Avenue. The homes are 1,472 square feet and include three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car attached garage. Applicants should visit the "Affordable Purchase" section of the city website.
