Queen Legion Band headlines free Mother's Day weekend charity concert in El Dorado Hills

The El Dorado Hills Arts and Entertainment Foundation will host its third annual Mother's Day Charity Concert on Saturday, May 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Marshall Amphitheater in El Dorado Hills Town Center. The free outdoor event features Queen Legion Band, a tribute act bringing the full sound and spectacle of Queen to the open-air stage for what promises to be a memorable evening under the stars. Locals are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, gather family and friends and celebrate the mothers in their lives with live music in the heart of the community. The evening will also include a silent charity auction with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society, supporting cancer research, patient services and resources for families in the region. Representatives from the American Cancer Society will be on-site with information on women's health, preventative care and local support resources. The event is presented by the EDH Arts and Entertainment Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to bringing arts, culture and community connection to El Dorado Hills.
