April 23 Lester Wells, 59, was booked at 3:37 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. Brieann Marie Figel, 19, was booked at 8:02 a.m. on suspicion of battery. Ryan Scott McDowell French, 42, was booked at 10:16 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent. Jesse Lee Carter, 22, was charged at 7 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for domestic violence at the Sacramento Main Jail. Robert Michel, 50, was charged at 7:01 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for conspiracy at the Sacramento Main Jail. Briannah Roshae Gipson, 30, was charged at 7:01 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety at the Sacramento Main Jail. Allan Ray Rimington, 47, was charged at 7:02 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving with a suspended license at the Sacramento Main Jail. Tania Lynn Smeriglio, 57, was charged at 7:04 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for vandalism at the Sacramento Main Jail. Mark Allen Davidson, 71, was charged at 7:04 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for grand theft at the Sacramento Main Jail. William Alexander Rivera, 25, was charged at 7:05 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for violating a court order at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center. Nicole Ann Dubois, 54, was charged at 6:30 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol at the Nevada County Jail. Tyson Weaver Manthei, 51, was booked at 2:33 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation. Angelo Fiorenza, 51, was booked at 6:19 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions. Joseph Patrick Leonard, 40, was booked at 6:26 p.m. on suspicion of violation of post-release community supervision. April 22 Raymond Nicholas Peternell, 35, was booked at 12:21 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Aaron Cotillarias, 23, was booked at 3:43 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. Jesse William Lee Bradford, 33, was arrested at 3:18 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant and an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Michelle Daye Nicodemus, 64, was booked at 11:39 a.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions. Brian Kenneth Schaller, 40, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for conspiracy and a felony warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions in the 100 block of N Sunrise Avenue in Roseville. Candice Lola Hurst, 34, was booked at 2:08 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor El Dorado County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Robert Lee Moore, 49, was booked at 2:20 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and probation violation. Anthony J. Squitieri, 34, was charged at 6:42 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violation of post-release community supervision at High Desert State Prison. Jody L. Palo, 35, was booked at 3:39 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a license suspended for DUI, ignition interlock device violation and probation violation. Kaleb Mulford, 30, was booked at 3:53 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order and a misdemeanor warrant for violating a court order. Benjamin Schafer, 25, was booked at 5:45 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and two counts of probation violation. James Mulligan, 33, was booked at 6:01 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, probation violation and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Dante Cyril Hodge, 37, was booked at 8:07 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence with prior convictions. Joshua Glover, 47, was booked at 8:39 p.m. on suspicion of firearm possession in violation of a court order, possession of armor-piercing ammunition, being a felon in possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property, disobeying a court order and a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm.
