Gail De La Rosa 2/19/1950 - 4/13/2026

Gail Christine De La Rosa, age 76, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026 in Lincoln, CA. Born on February 19, 1950 in Berkeley, CA to Al and Dorothy Thomas, Gail was the third oldest of three sisters and two brothers. Gail graduated from Clayton Valley H.S. in 1966 and married her high school sweetheart. She ran her own business for over 30 years before retiring in 2020. Gail enjoyed the outdoors, reading, and participating in her church. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Gail is predeceased by her spouse Don, her parents, her younger sister Doreen, and her younger brother Brian. She is survived by four children and spouses: Gina Sherman, Rob and Crystal De La Rosa, Deanne and Bob Neighbours, Lori De La Rosa and Josh Ecke; nine grandchildren: Donald and spouse Shelby Sherman, Dustin and Devin Sherman, Josh, Jared, and Kacie De La Rosa, Garrett and Megan Neighbours, and Jazlyn Villanueva; sisters: Jeanne Nelson and Janice Rath; brother Ron Thomas; and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Manzanita Cemetery, Manzanita Rd., Lincoln, CA 95648.
