Jazmin Renae Basmajian, 26, was booked at 5 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Dashel Roumage, 30, was booked at 6:09 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and parole violation. Jamie Lee Gourley, 38, was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for elder abuse in the area of 1st Street and F Avenue in Auburn. David Allen Montgomery, 27, was booked at 7:20 p.m. on suspicion of failure to provide DNA or prints. Tasha Ann Roofener, 41, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor warrants for driving with a suspended license, four misdemeanor warrants for possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor warrant for theft of personal property and three misdemeanor warrants for paraphernalia possession at Trailblazer Pizza. Clarence Wayne Anderson, 46, was booked at 7:50 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Joshua Ingram, 41, was booked at 10:24 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and paraphernalia possession. Robert Douglasallen Peterson, 43, was booked at 11:59 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance and driving while addicted to drugs. Andrew Robert Soares, 47, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Josiah Terrancetelaferio March, 21, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. May 1 Frank David Battaglia, 47, was booked at 6:52 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. Stanislav Kovalenko, 21, was charged at 5:13 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant at the Santa Cruz County Jail. Henry Majean Carter, 35, was charged at 7:02 a.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Carolyn Ann Willeford, 41, was charged at 7:03 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for check fraud, a misdemeanor Sutter County warrant for check fraud, a misdemeanor Solano County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a fugitive-from-justice warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Erick Delgado Cambron, 37, was charged at 7:51 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant and a felony bench warrant for conspiracy and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance at the San Francisco County Jail. Brandon Henry Harmon, 52, was charged at 7:01 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. David Henry Collier, 54, was booked at 11:26 a.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Henry Salomon Mercado, 35, was booked at 9:32 a.m. on suspicion of first-degree burglary and a felony Sacramento County warrant for violation of post-release community supervision. Robert John Atagnian, 55, was charged at 9:15 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for trespassing, a misdemeanor bench warrant for public intoxication and a misdemeanor bench warrant for petty theft at the Nevada County Jail.
