Auburn City Limits closes season with the David Luning Duo

Auburn City Limits wraps up its current season with a powerful night of live music on Friday, May 16, featuring the David Luning Duo at the General Gomez Arts & Events Center. Doors open at 7 p.m. with the show beginning at 7:30. Known for his cinematic songwriting and emotionally resonant performances, David Luning has built a reputation as one of California's most compelling Americana artists. His music blends folk, blues and roots influences into songs that explore the human condition — illuminating both its shadowy corners and its brightest moments. For this special performance, Luning will be joined by bass and harmonica player Ben Dubin, creating a stripped-down duo format that highlights the raw power and intimacy of his music. "This is our final show before the summer break, and we're excited to close the season with an artist like David Luning," said organizers of Auburn City Limits.
