Michelle Nicole Wolger, 36, was arrested at 5:28 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor warrants for child endangerment in the 200 block of Pond View Lane in Newcastle. Lucas James Gardner, 39, was charged at 7:04 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a fake ID to commit forgery and a misdemeanor Santa Clara County warrant for receiving stolen property in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Dustin Lauren Wood, 43, was charged at 7:03 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for assault with a deadly weapon in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Ryan Joseph Hanka, 39, was charged at 7:05 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violating a protective order in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Najib Basty, 28, was charged at 7:03 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for criminal threats in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Brian Tracey Smith, 57, was charged at 8:16 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for indecent exposure and a misdemeanor warrant for public intoxication in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Matthew Anthony Quintero Hernandez, 25, was booked at 2:05 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
