Adam Ruben Sanchez Jr., 45, was booked at 12:21 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transport of a controlled substance between counties, possession of meth for sale, transport of meth between counties, gang affiliation and possession of marijuana for sale. Elena Banna, 46, was booked at 12:42 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for grand theft. Whitman Mitchem, 46, was booked at 6:41 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Jesse Koa Turpin, 28, was booked at 8:40 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for transport of a controlled substance. Ryan Scott Thomas, 54, was booked at 10:16 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. May 28 James William Cody, 68, was booked at 12 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent. Randhawa Singh Sandeep, 46, was booked at 8:13 a.m. on suspicion of child endangerment, negligent discharge of a firearm and criminal storage of a firearm. Ashley Pattico, 41, was booked at 9:44 a.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and contempt of court. Jamal Akil Naeem Jordan, 44, was arrested at 4 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Troy Brent Poplawski, 48, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions in the 7900 block of Morningside Drive in Granite Bay.
