Samantha Victoria Linarez, 33, was booked at 3:30 a.m. on suspicion of knowingly re-entering a gambling establishment and resisting arrest. June 4 Luke Anderson, 18, was booked at 7:33 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. James Daniel Minor, 39, was booked at 12:11 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Kymon Damion Anderson, 49, was booked at 12:52 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Vincent Luciano Paris, 39, was booked at 12:53 p.m. on suspicion of smuggling a controlled substance into a jail facility and a misdemeanor Merced County warrant for theft of personal property. Joseph Nathaniel Haddox, 25, was booked at 2:21 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance. Daniel Eugene Morse, 49, was booked at 2:36 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violation of post-release community supervision. Leonardo T. Lapoyeu, 45, was booked at 5:23 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury. January Marie Petty, 30, was charged at 7:26 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center. Jason Gerard Halloway Sheppard, 32, was charged at 7:25 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions at the Sacramento Main Jail. Lacey Ann Heleniak, 38, was charged at 7:24 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession at the Sacramento Main Jail. Tiara Alexis Hailey, 30, was charged at 7:24 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for conspiracy, a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession at the Sacramento Main Jail. Dylan James Manderville, 33, was booked at 2:40 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
