Seanie Elizabeth Donovan, 35, was charged at 6:55 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for fraud in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Nicholas Anthony Russell, 34, was charged at 1:01 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Tamra Marie Jacome, 43, was charged at 7:06 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for elder theft in the 900 block of Parr Boulevard in Reno. Michael Edward Conlon, 68, was booked at 2:15 p.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor warrants for illegal squatting, a misdemeanor warrant for trespassing, three misdemeanor warrants for possession of a shopping or laundry cart and a misdemeanor warrant for trespassing. Raphael Alvarez Barrios, 29, was charged at 7 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for resisting arrest in the 900 block of Court Street in Martinez. Carlos Gabriel Felipe, 28, was booked at 5:48 p.m. on suspicion of criminal threats, probation violation and violation of post-release community supervision. Matthew Lawrence Firpo, 32, was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of child pornography in the 1700 block of Lilac Lane in Auburn. Vicki Jaclyn Baum, 62, was booked at 9:13 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. Justena Danielle Sexton, 25, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 11500 block of F Avenue in Auburn. Jesse Craig McBride, 56, was charged at 6:56 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant. Michael Edward Conlon, 68, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on suspicion of eight misdemeanor bench warrants in the 11900 block of Heritage Oak Place in Auburn. June 9 Shawn Andre Naputi, 43, was charged at 7:36 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary, two felony Santa Clara County warrants for grand theft and a felony Santa Clara County warrant for vandalism in the 500 block of Union Avenue in Fairfield. Gabriel Earl Groves, 29, was charged at 8:49 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for transport of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor Madera County warrant for violating a written promise to appear and a felony Madera County warrant for possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm in Las Vegas. Juan Guevara, 35, was booked at 2:46 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and probation violation. Tiersa Deshonlee Brown, 43, was arrested at 7:38 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol and a misdemeanor Santa Clara County warrant for driving with a license suspended for DUI in the 5300 block of Broder Boulevard in Dublin. Danny Lee Presley, 29, was booked at 5:50 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, smuggling a controlled substance into a jail facility and conspiracy. Eugene Greorio Cuaresma, 45, was booked at 7:42 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order. June 8 John Christopher Hayes, 36, was charged at 9:14 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession, a misdemeanor warrant for being under the influence of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a license suspended for DUI at the Sacramento Main Jail. Cristobal Dejesu Zalayanavarro, 50, was charged at 9:19 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Avneet Singh, 36, was charged at 9:17 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Bruce Gendron, 71, was booked at 1:49 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing. Braden Mavrick Frazier, 26, was charged at 9:20 a.m. on suspicion of two felony warrants for petty theft with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Joel Edward Roe, 46, was charged at 9:17 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violation of post-release community supervision in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove.
