Ryan Joseph Hanka, 39, was booked at 12:14 p.m. on suspicion of contempt of court and probation violation. Joshua Dwayne McCall, 33, was booked at 1:45 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and probation violation. Whitman Mitchem, 46, was booked at 7:41 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and paraphernalia possession. Troy Michael Tallent, 41, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for stalking in the 200 block of Industrial Park Road in Oneonta, Alabama. Imonie Najahae Porter, 30, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Davis Gregory Morganfoglia, 29, was booked at 1:50 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant at the South Placer Jail in Roseville. June 18 Bryce Koailikou Mahi, 32, was booked at 12:45 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a license suspended for DUI. John Allen Kidd, 50, was booked at 12:48 a.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession and a felony warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. Anthony Jerome Soniea Jr., 46, was booked at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of pimping and pandering. Jared Serapio Ortiz, 26, was booked at 2:07 a.m. on suspicion of pandering, pimping and false impersonation. Thoresha Lanay Branner, 32, was booked at 5:23 a.m. on suspicion of vandalism, public intoxication and knowingly re-entering a gambling establishment. Roney Burks, 39, was charged at 7:13 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for receiving stolen property in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Erica Lea Roots, 56, was charged at 7:11 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Angelina Marie Baldocchi, 35, was charged at 7:14 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for robbery and a felony warrant for conspiracy in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. James Carroll Donaldson, 67, was charged at 7:12 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Dominique Cierra Williams, 30, was charged at 7:08 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for organized retail theft, a felony Yolo County warrant for conspiracy, a felony Contra Costa County warrant for organized retail theft, a felony Yolo County warrant for conspiracy and a felony Sonoma County warrant for grand theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Marlen Estefany Benitez Martinez, 26, was booked at 2:35 p.m. on suspicion of disturbing the peace by loud and unreasonable noise. Melissa Susan Bihari, 47, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. on suspicion of trespassing, a misdemeanor warrant for criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant for burglary in the 10700 block of Indian Hill Road in Auburn. William A. McCauley, 62, was booked at 3:31 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. Jason Richard Bowden, 49, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Devin Alan Carey, 31, was booked at 4:18 a.m. on suspicion of battery, damaging or destroying a communication device, false imprisonment, contempt of court and probation violation. Elena Bilal Banna, 46, was booked at 3 p.m. on suspicion of four outside felony warrants and an outside misdemeanor warrant at the South Placer Jail in Roseville. June 17 James Eliseo Ramirez, 44, was booked at 2:36 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. Dominic De Marian Montay Flowers, 33, was arrested at 7:17 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for second-degree robbery in the 300 block of Forni Road in Placerville. Demetrius Bairfield, 43, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for violation of post-release community supervision in the 2400 block of Claybank Road in Fairfield. Jerad Thomas Maloney, 43, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent in the 800 block of Bryant Street in San Francisco. Cassandra Michelle Duerr-Williams, 32, was arrested at 3:19 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 9600 block of Antelope Oaks Court in Roseville.
