Daniel Luna, 52, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for unlawful possession of tear gas, a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the Athens Avenue area of Lincoln. Robert Paul Johnson, 64, was booked at 10:43 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Daniel James Beintker, 36, was booked at 11:45 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions and peeking while loitering. Jimmy Joseph Southern, 30, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and two misdemeanor warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Katherine G. Markes, 55, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2100 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Nathan Ryan Morgan, 37, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on suspicion of two outside misdemeanor warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. June 23 Robin Joyce Robertson Mattox, 27, was charged at 7:11 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary and a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession at the Sacramento Main Jail. Marcus Lee Wayne Barrie, 36, was charged at 7:10 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for organized retail theft at the Sacramento Main Jail. John Douglas Shero, 42, was charged at 8:53 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of drugs in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Daniel Dashaun Ballenger, 22, was charged at 7:10 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor warrant for battery at the Sacramento Main Jail. Harpinder Singh, 27, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for second-degree burglary in the 300 block of S Casino Boulevard in Las Vegas. Anne Laure Marie Cassou, 61, was booked at 4:07 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Dennis Matthew Iniquez, 41, was booked at 4:08 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Tania Lynn Smerigilio, 57, was charged at 8:37 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for vandalism in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Mykhaylo Kupriyanovich Gergi, 47, was charged at 9:16 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento.
