Marcus Edward Harmon, 24, was booked at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of vandalism, criminal threats, resisting arrest and probation violation. Cody James Jensen, 19, was booked at 10:17 a.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. Andres Antonio Perez Ayala, 23, was booked at 11:43 a.m. on suspicion of rape by force, forcible sexual penetration, forcible sodomy, oral copulation by force and kidnapping. Michelle Salvation Chapman, 40, was charged at 9:24 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions in the 300 block of Forni Road in Placerville. Kera Rachelle Vaughn, 38, was booked at 12:08 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions. Rudy Hernandez, 30, was charged at 9:03 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Sacramento. Joseph Deon McCrimmon, 43, was charged at 8:58 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Robert John Ataganian, 55, was booked at 4:07 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing. Mary Ashley Louise Laird Daley, 39, was booked at 5:04 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation. Frank Molina Martinez Jr., 52, was booked at 8:37 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. June 25 Jeffrey Booth, 41, was booked at 12:47 a.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession, a misdemeanor Kern County warrant for vandalism and a felony Los Angeles warrant for driving or taking a vehicle without consent. Carlos Scott Waddams, 31, was booked at 1:20 a.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license. Javier Zepeda, 44, was booked at 2:27 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Tanya Cherise Cokley, 64, was arrested at 5:07 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for false imprisonment with violence and a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft on Atwood Road in Auburn. Jason Scott Myers, 43, was booked at 9:31 a.m. on suspicion of negligent discharge of a firearm.
