Auburn arrest report: Furnishing alcohol to minor, stalking, 5 DUIs

July 6 Kalai Keokiscanlan Moises, 25, was booked at 1:04 a.m. on suspicion of contempt of court. July 5 Bryan Eric Carrigan, 36, was booked at 12:59 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Karla Lynn Guthrie, 39, was booked at 2:05 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. June 29 Woodrow John Biggs III, 56, was booked at 1:49 p.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender. June 28 Olivia Rose Garton, 27, was booked at 2:31 a.m. on suspicion of a felony Sacramento County warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level higher than the legal limit and causing bodily injury. Grant Brien Beeson, 31, was booked at 2:47 a.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and probation violation. June 26 Cody Quinn Armtrout, 35, was booked at 9:48 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, driving with a license suspended for DUI and paraphernalia possession. June 24 Dillian Curtis Tatum, 33, was booked at 4:07 a.m. on suspicion of probation violation. Brianne Kramer, 31, was booked at 8:10 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. June 23 Dallas Southerland-Cook, 34, was booked at 1:36 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, driving with a license suspended for DUI and ignition interlock device violation. Kaleb Victor Grindle, 23, was booked at 11:09 a.m. on suspicion of selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor and a misdemeanor Solano County warrant for resisting arrest. Michael Ray MacDonald, 24, was booked at 11:22 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit, driving with a license suspended for DUI, selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor and petty theft. June 22 Nicole Berube, 33, was booked at 5:02 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and hit and run with property damage. June 21 David Robert Blomquist, 59, was booked at 1:38 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and driving under the influence within 10 years of a prior felony DUI. June 20 Mariano Coronado, 38, was booked at 3:45 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and resisting arrest. June 18 Paul A. Rutter, 37, was booked at 11:54 a.m. on suspicion of violating a protective order, stalking and parole violation. In addition to the above arrests, the Auburn Police Department posted a report of incidents for June.
