Ellika Strunk, 38, was booked at 6:24 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Spencer James Greene, 33, was booked at 6:29 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Luis Samuel Pena, 27, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for public intoxication in the 1700 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Caleb McKenzie Engel, 25, was booked at 12:43 p.m. on suspicion of hit and run resulting in injury or death. Fabian Cerda-Equihua, 19, was booked at 1:48 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for domestic violence. Morgan Alexander Crocco, 38, was charged at 7:40 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol at the Sacramento Main Jail. Yuriy Tsytsyn, 39, was charged at 7:39 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for domestic violence at the Sacramento Main Jail. Primitivo James Brown, 31, was booked at 5:11 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions and resisting arrest. Alan Curtis Phifer, 46, was arrested at 7:36 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for possession of burglary tools in the 100 block of Cirby Hills Drive in Roseville. Peyton Louis Mesker, 19, was booked at 9:47 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol and vandalism. Kevin Scott Stovall, 46, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on suspicion of three outside felony warrants and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Juan Esteban Mateo, 22, was arrested at 6:11 a.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Parker John Cervantez, 22, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go for Broke Road in Roseville. Cody Tristan Wiggs, 27, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. July 1 Vanessa Fay Kirby, 65, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a shopping or laundry cart and two misdemeanor Sutter County warrants for failure to appear in the 2600 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Slavik Anatoly Nikulin, 46, was booked at 4:58 a.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Leslie Erin Kimble, 51, was arrested at 6:09 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for false impersonation and a misdemeanor warrant for shoplifting in the Athens Avenue and Lesvos Court area of Lincoln. Taji Mikalnajee Mekki, 32, was booked at 9:43 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft. Robert Stephen Hopkins, 49, was arrested at 7:32 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary in Yuba County. Brandon Richard Savaloja, 41, was charged at 6:56 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Joseph Wesley Huntzinger, 41, was charged at 6:57 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a switchblade in a vehicle in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Audie Dell Callison, 67, was booked at 2:51 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions.
