William Dale Scott Jr., 47, was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and a felony warrant for vandalism in the area of Bell Road and Heritage Oak Place in Auburn. Oscar Leover Rodriguez-Yordy, 34, was booked at 7:46 p.m. on suspicion of criminal conspiracy and petty theft. Luis E. Abreu, 31, was booked at 7:47 p.m. on suspicion of conspiracy and petty theft. Daniel William Lopez Jr., 47, was booked at 10:08 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Nick E. Parent, 51, was booked at 11:34 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of a controlled substance. Dustin Eugene Boyd, 42, was arrested at 5:20 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant and an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. July 9 Daniel Thomas Montgomery, 30, was booked at 6:09 a.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, being a felon in possession of a stun gun and parole violation. Andre Lamont Wiley, 19, was charged at 7:11 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Palwinder Singh Mann, 37, was charged at 7:18 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard in Yuba City. Nicholas Willis Lowder, 42, was charged at 7:15 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor warrant for giving false identification to an officer, a misdemeanor El Dorado County warrant for driving with a suspended license within a five-year period of a prior conviction and a misdemeanor Marin County warrant for driving with a suspended license in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Angela May Hogge, 50, was booked at 3:12 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance. David Starling Ledbetter, 39, was booked at 3:51 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Dominica Stewart, 41, was booked at 4:18 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Damien Daniel Pickinpaugh, 48, was booked at 7:48 p.m. on suspicion of burglary. Maureen Yvonne Bishop, 63, was booked at 8:01 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Candice Lee Scollard, 43, was charged at 7:43 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft and a fugitive-from-justice warrant at the Sacramento Main Jail. John Franklin Endreola, 28, was charged at 7:43 a.m. on suspicion of two felony warrants for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, a felony warrant for driving under the influence with drugs and a misdemeanor warrant for driving under the influence of drugs at the Sacramento Main Jail. Dillon Cody Brott, 31, was charged at 8:53 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for elder abuse at the Sacramento Main Jail.
