July 20 Stacy Elaine Hampshire, 51, was booked at 12:10 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Eric David Deloney, 60, was booked at 2:37 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence. Wayne Robert Mathern, 47, was charged at 8:35 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for petty theft with two or more prior convictions, a felony Humboldt County warrant for violation of post-release community supervision and a felony Humboldt County warrant for first-degree burglary in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. James Aubrey Renshaw, 47, was charged at 8:37 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Lora June Stanbridge, 62, was booked at 12:44 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and probation violation. Matthew Stephen Raybould, 41, was booked at 2:16 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation. James Holleman, 65, was booked at 4:13 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Keith David Mutka, 48, was booked at 11:49 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. July 19 Patrick Anthony Utley Wright, 18, was booked at 12:13 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon. Melissa Susan Bihari, 47, was booked at 12:36 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for theft of personal property, two misdemeanor warrants for trespassing, a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor warrant for paraphernalia possession. Shawn Draper, 54, was booked at 11:26 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit, driving with a license suspended for DUI and probation violation. July 18 Carlos Steven Calderon, 42, was booked at 11:07 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transport of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor Solano County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Brandi Lee Hoxie, 38, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession, possession of a controlled substance and a felony Banning warrant for robbery in the area of Richardson and Dry Creek roads in Auburn. Luster Clare Harlan, 62, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions and a misdemeanor warrant for possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions in the 1800 block of Auburn Ravine Road in Auburn. Melissa Susan Bihari, 47, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on suspicion of five misdemeanor bench warrants at Thunder Valley Casino. July 17 Jessica Ann Chambers, 43, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for failure to appear in the 11800 block of Go for Broke Road in Roseville. Kristina Charlene Dewey, 30, was booked at 5:30 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. Rosacea Renee Powell, 42, was charged at 8:56 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for identity theft at the Sacramento Main Jail. Anthony Lee Manzanares, 56, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a felony San Mateo County warrant for second-degree burglary, a felony Manteca warrant for second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor Oakland warrant for petty theft at Thunder Valley Casino. Brittany Nichole Sharp, 37, was charged at 8:57 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear at the Sacramento Main Jail. Jerome Davis Jr., 43, was charged at 8:56 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for carrying a loaded firearm and a misdemeanor warrant for resisting arrest at the Sacramento Main Jail. Andrea Lee Wert, 39, was booked at 3:12 p.m. on suspicion of conspiracy and transport of a controlled substance. Eric Perkins, 51, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. John Michael Cullen, 60, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 1100 block of Auburn Ravine Road in Auburn. Dorinel Marcuta, 56, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Phillip Andrew Turck, 61, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the Sierra College Boulevard area of Rocklin. Rosa Maria Navarro, 34, was charged at 8:58 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant at the Sacramento Main Jail. Cathy Latashia Cararez, 36, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. July 16 Raynesha Gail Banks, 28, was arrested at 5:13 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the area of Interstate 80 and W. Paoli Lane in Weimar. Star Louise Lemas, 32, was charged at 8:02 a.m. on suspicion of four felony bench warrants and two misdemeanor bench warrants at the Nevada County Jail.
