Lincoln Arrests: Disorderly conduct, public nusiance, DUI, trespassing

Sept. 19 Bryan Scott Moore was taken into custody at 10:43 p.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct influenced by alcohol. Sept. 18 Dustin Jay Myers was taken into custody at 5:06 p.m. on suspicion of public nuisance. Jhaelen Coil Garcia was taken into custody at 3:31 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dagger, possessing unlawful paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance. Sept. 17 Justine Tyler Shook was taken into custody at 4:23 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing unlawful paraphernalia, possessing narcotic controlled substances and a misdemeanor warrant. Sept. 16 Russell Wayne Frink was taken into custody at 11 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content-level over the legal limit. Cassie Louise Usher was taken into custody at 1:49 p.m. on suspicion of causing injury to an elder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting an officer and trespassing. Jessica Mendez was taken into custody at 11:36 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant. Sept. 15 Marquice Lee Vander Haltiwanger was taken into custody at 10 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant. Robert Paul Martinez was taken into custody at 7:04 p.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant. Jared Robert Black was taken into custody at 12:15 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant. Kathryn Allyson Vannatta was taken into custody at 12:15 a.m. on suspicion of possessing unlawful paraphernalia, possessing controlled substances and possessing narcotic controlled substances. Sept. 13Darnella Anthony Barfield was taken into custody at 11:30 p.m. on suspicion of disobeying court orders, corporal injury on a spouse, resisting an officer and all other offenses. Sean Brill Hunter was taken into custody at 1:48 a.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse.
