Ernestine Roraff

Ernestine Roraff, a 36-year Placer County resident, died in Auburn, California on March 22, 2005. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Gregory Alan Mondo; three sisters; and two brothers.She will be dearly missed by her surviving family: son Robert Mondo of Winton, California; daughter Judith Nichols of Clovis, New Mexico; sons Richard and Alan Mondo of Colorado; daughters Katherine Trapp of Pittsburg, California; Gina Mondo of Phoenix, Arizona and Gaetana Mondo of Dutch Flat, California; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; her sister and brother-in-law Geraldine and Frank Corvello of Merced, CA; and nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.Ernestine was the owner of Capeview (1001 Highway 174 in Colfax) for 25 years, where a gathering will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2005 starting at 2 PM. A funeral Mass will take place on Monday, March 28, 2005 at 11 AM at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, 58 E. Oak St., Colfax, CA. Interment will be Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at 2 PM at the Winton Cemetery, 7651 West Almond in Winton, CA.
