Mary Frances Fuhrman

Mary Frances (Kemp) Fuhrman was born on February 17, 1923 in Springfield, Missouri. She passed away on September 25, 2005 in Roseville, California; she was 82 years old. Mary was a baker in the U.S. Coast Guard, where she met her future husband of sixty years, Jesse W. Fuhrman. They moved to Newcastle, California where they had lived together for fifty-two years. Mary was active in the Penryn 4-H, Loomis Grange, Penryn Elementary School, and Del Oro High School youth football and swim teams. Mary's life was devoted to her family, who she loved so much. Mary will be missed most by her family; husband Jess of Newcastle; children Judy and David Karthauser of Loomis, Janis and Charles Webster of Loomis, Joy and Robert Gallagher of Vancouver, Washington, and Jess and Linda Fuhrman of Loomis; grandchildren Mark & Robin Karthauser of Loomis, Laura and Russ Kainrath of Loomis, Robert and Lilly Gallagher of Loomis, Lisa and Blake Robinson of Loomis, Scott and Rusty Webster of Loomis, Amanda Gallager of Vancouver, Washington, Terra Fuhrman of Grass Valley, and Casey and Lucy Fuhrman of Loomis; great-grandchildren; Kristy, Amy, and StevieAnn Karthauser, Robert Gallagher, Sarah and Dylan Kainrath, and Brooke, Tyler, and Tanner Robinson. brothers and sisters ; Louise Fuhrman, Marylou and Gilbert Mashburn, Rheta and Wilbur Roper, Betty Fuhrman, Ken and Carol Fuhrman, Alice and Richard Dickenson, and many nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her great-grandson, baby Kainrath, and great-granddaughter Ashley Gallagher who are in her arms now.
